Every experience begins with an idea
We start by developing a creative concept, rooted in the brand - shaping the narrative, tone and world the audience will step into.
From there, we design every element of the experience in detail, from arrival to the final moment, considering how guests move, feel and engage at each stage.
Food Creation & Experiential Catering
Food for us is not just catering.
Food is at the heart of what we do - and that's true whether we're building a full immersive production or delivering experiential catering for a smaller activation.
Food Creation is where it starts: menus designed to be part of your brand's story, not just food served alongside it. Every dish is considered for what it says, how it's presented, and how it lands with your audience.
Edible Moments is our experiential catering offer - branded breakfasts, sampling activations, interactive food stations, press day catering, pop-up tasting moments. Same food design thinking as our larger productions, scaled for smaller budgets and faster turnarounds, with the operational side handled too: staffing, service and logistics, delivered properly.

This doesn't mean theatre for theatre's sake. It means using human presence and storytelling to deepen engagement, whether that's a hosted narrative experience for 20 senior clients or a fully immersive event for 500.

Live event management

Our live team coordinates everything behind the scenes: chefs, performers, production cues, guest flow, and service timing. Every detail is rehearsed. Every contingency is planned for. So when the doors open, all you need to do is show up.
