Do you handle everything? What about production?
Yes - fully. We manage the complete creative and production process: concept, food design, venue selection, set build, performers, prop sourcing, live event management.
We already have an agency on this project. Can you work alongside them?
Absolutely. We regularly collaborate as a specialist partner, integrating into existing campaigns and agency structures.
With PR & marketing agencies, we can become the complete event delivery arm.
With event production agencies, we can take on performance and food design/delivery.
Is this just for big budgets and big brands?

What's the difference between what you do and hiring a caterer?
A caterer feeds people. We use food to tell your brand story - every dish, texture, and moment is designed around a narrative.
We can also look after the overall event concept from production of the world/environment to scripting, casting and directing performance, and a whole heap of other services in between.

Do you only do dining experiences, or other formats?
Food is our tool, not our format. We've delivered PR activations, brand installations, immersive dining, product launched and sensory pop-ups. If food can be part of the story, we can design around it. Our types of projects section covers a variety of things we have done.
How far in advance do we need to come to you?
Early is always better - but we're a nimble team, and we won't turn down a good brief just because the timeline is tight. Tell us what you're working with and we'll tell you what's possible.
What is the process of working with you?
Treat us like you would an experiential marketing agency. We like a good brief to get our teeth into and a firm idea of what success looks like for you. From there we will come back with creative routes and budget options for you to choose from, refine, hone and then move on to full creative delivery of the live event.
